Returns & refunds
No change-of-mind returns
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds simply because you change your mind, no longer need the product, or select an unsuitable size or locking option. Please check the model, dimensions, lock type and delivery requirements before ordering. Our team can help you choose.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods
This policy does not exclude or limit your rights under applicable UAE consumer protection law. If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and, where practical, photographs. We will assess the issue and arrange the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement or a refund.
Inspect the item when it arrives and tell the delivery team about any visible damage. Please retain relevant packaging where practical and contact us before arranging a return or transporting a heavy safe. Not reporting an issue at the delivery door does not remove statutory rights.
Custom-made safes
We do not accept change-of-mind returns for personalised or made-to-order safes. Rights relating to defects, damage, incorrect supply or other legally required remedies remain unaffected.
Order changes, cancellations and refunds
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will assess the request against its fulfilment or production status and applicable law. Where a refund is due, it will be made to the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed. The payment provider or bank determines when the credit appears in your account.
