Delivery within the United Arab Emirates

Delivery availability and the applicable charge are shown at checkout for your delivery address. The current shipping options configured in our store are:

Destination	Delivery option	Estimated transit time	Charge
Abu Dhabi	Express	1–2 business days	50 AED
Dubai	Standard	3–5 business days	150 AED
Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah	Standard	3–5 business days	200 AED

These are estimated transit times, not guaranteed delivery appointments. Availability, order preparation, custom production and access arrangements can affect the delivery date. The options and final order total displayed at checkout apply to your order. Please contact us before ordering if your address is not supported at checkout.

Safe delivery and access

Please provide a complete address and reachable telephone number. Safes can be heavy: tell us in advance about stairs, lifts, access restrictions, narrow doorways, floor level and any special handling requirements. Confirm whether positioning, anchoring or installation is included for your chosen model before placing your order. Contact our team about any additional service you require so its scope and any charge can be agreed before the service is provided.

Custom orders and delivery coordination

For made-to-order jewellery safes, confirm production and delivery arrangements with our team before ordering. If you need a specific delivery date, please check with us first. Contact us promptly if delivery details need to change or if an order has not arrived within the advised timeframe.

Damaged or incorrect delivery

Please inspect your delivery and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect. Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains how to request help and preserves your statutory rights.
