Terms of service

About this store

Safebox.ae is the online store of Safe World Office Equipments L.L.C-S.P.C, trading as Safe World in the United Arab Emirates. These terms apply to use of this website and purchases made through it, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

Products and advice

Review the product description, dimensions, model number and locking options before ordering. Fire-resistance ratings and other specifications vary by model; refer to the specific model information and contact us if you need clarification. Product images are illustrative, and screen colours can differ from the physical product. For customised safes, confirm the specifications, finish, price and delivery arrangements with our team before purchase.

Prices and payments

Prices are displayed in UAE dirhams (AED). Available payment methods, delivery charges and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you submit your order. Payment availability depends on the methods enabled for the store. Please provide accurate billing, contact and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorised to use.

Orders and availability

An order acknowledgement confirms that your order has been received. Availability, order details and fulfilment arrangements may still require confirmation. If an item cannot be supplied or a material listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you about the available options. Where an order is cancelled and payment has been taken, any refund due will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Delivery, installation and returns

Delivery options and estimated times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Check access requirements for heavy safes and confirm the scope of any positioning, anchoring or installation service before ordering. We do not accept change-of-mind returns; this does not limit remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods or any other mandatory consumer rights. Contact us promptly about a cancellation request or order issue.

Website use and personal information

Use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders or misuse its content. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you browse the site, contact us or place an order.

Applicable law and consumer rights

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Updates apply to future use and orders; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
